HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us. If we are unable to process the requested cancellation immediately, usually because the package has already been shipped, we will contact our courier to have the package returned to our warehouse.
Only once the package has returned to our warehouse, will we be able to process the cancellation.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Once your order successfully submitted, the warehouse then processes your order the following business day. It is then picked, packed, and dispatched.
You should receive your order 3-5 business days thereafter. Packages are not transported on weekends and local public holidays. Kindly note that the estimated delivery times (3-5 business days) are estimates and may vary due to external factors outside of TIMELESS WATCHES’s, and its courier’s, control according to the table below.
These factors may include, but are not limited to, extreme weather conditions, technical failures, customs delays, etc. Additionally, please note that during periods of promotional campaigns, delivery times may be longer than usual.

All of our orders delivered to Europe, North America, South America, Asia, Oceania, Middle East and Africa, are shipped from our warehouse in Portugal.
EXCHANGE POLICY
You have the right to exchange any/all products you have purchased directly from our website within 15 days of receiving the item. The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact – and still in the same new condition as when the watch was received.
A product may only be exchanged for a product of the same, or lesser, value. If you wish to exchange for a more expensive product, a return must be made and we will issue a full refund. You are able to place a new order for the correct item at your own convenience.
Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our warehouse for an exchange to be made; product(s) cannot be exchanged in a local retail store. Kindly note that you may be subject for the shipping expenses in returning this package to us, however, TIMELESS WATCHES will cover the shipping costs when shipping the exchanged item to you.
TIMELESS WATCHES does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.

TIMELESS WATCHES does not honor any warranty claims that are not accompanied by the original documentation.
HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY VALID AND WHAT DOES IT COVER?
Our timepieces are made according to the high quality standards of TIMELESS WATCHES. Nonetheless, your watch is covered by our limited warranty against any defects in manufacturing; this includes the watch movement, indexes, dial, and hands.
The warranty for a TIMELESS WATCHES timepiece is valid for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase. Upon expiration of the warranty period, any repairs will be subject to a service charge. Other parts that are not listed above are not covered by this warranty.
If the product is returned during the warranty period, TIMELESS WATCHES will repair or replace any defective watch or watch-part, at no additional expense, within a reasonable time, after the product is returned. However, the customer may be subject to the costs of shipping the product.
